Dr. Diane Z. Alexander, MD, FACS, brings more than twenty years of experience in plastic surgery, with an emphasis on facial plastics and aesthetics. As the co-founder of Atlanta’s first all-woman-physician plastic surgery practice, she has long been as much an artist as a surgeon — sculpting and refining the face, breast, and body to create results that look natural and balanced.
In her own words: “My career as a plastic surgeon naturally focuses on the external features of the human body — skin, muscle, and fat — and how to sculpt and mold those features to create the most beautiful rejuvenation of the face, breast, and body. In the process of working on the human body, I have become keenly aware of how patients who live a more healthful lifestyle heal faster and better and feel more beautiful.”
